Less to remember alone. Michel lives with Parkinson’s and type 2 diabetes. Sophie, his wife, is his caregiver.

On Michel’s phone, he taps Taken as planned for his 7:30 dose. A dose takes one tap.

He opens Sen. Sen suggests a useful next step, from his own plan and record: prepare for his neurology review, read a guide, or ask about his health.

He taps Speak and says: “My walking felt stiff this morning on the way to the shops. It lasted about ten minutes.” (Voice: coming soon.) No forms needed. Say it in your own words.

Sen shows what it understood: stiffness, this morning. He chooses Mild. You check it. Nothing is saved until you say so.

He types: “Has my stiffness changed since the new dose?” Sen answers from the record: stiffness was noted 7 times in the last 30 days, and 7 times in the 30 days before, with each entry and who recorded it. It says what the record can’t tell you. No scores, no guesses. He saves the question for his visit.

Once Michel links her, Sophie sees his week. His blood sugar and blood pressure sit on the same record. She adds what she saw: “His left hand was stiff this morning at breakfast.” It is labelled as hers.

Keeping well: gentle movement, a lighter moment, and short guides to read or listen to, each with its source. (Guides: coming soon.)

Before a visit, Sen prepares one page for the specialist he is seeing, with the question Michel saved. It lists what was recorded. Sen doesn’t interpret it. Nothing is exported or sent when you prepare it.

What we are building: a companion that remembers and understands each person over time; keeping well through movement, voice and daily routines; guidance on what to expect, shaped with clinicians; care planning, and community for patients and caregivers; help ahead of need, quietly and with permission. For Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and in time other chronic conditions that need continuous, coordinated care.

Sennit will carry some of the load with you. Sennit never diagnoses, never sounds alarms and never scores anyone.

Every day adds a strand.

A tap, a sentence, a note from the family. Each one is dated and labelled with who said it.

The family’s note stays the family’s.

It is labelled as noticed by Sophie, and kept apart from Michel’s own words.
